New Leaf Youth Services is a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) and CARF-accredited group home located in Chicago, Illinois. We provide specialized, therapeutic care for boys ages 8–21 with developmental delays, including MRDD and ODD diagnoses.

Our team is committed to creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where each young person can grow, learn, and develop essential life skills. Through individualized service plans and integrated therapeutic supports, we help youth build confidence, stability, and independence in a nurturing, community-focused setting.

Counseling & Individualized Care Planning

Every youth at New Leaf Youth Services receives a personalized service plan designed around their strengths, challenges, and goals. Our counseling program helps each young person define achievable objectives and develop the tools needed for a successful transition into adulthood.

Ongoing Support & Progress Reviews

• Weekly meetings with the group home’s social worker to address personal, family, and treatment needs
• Quarterly reviews to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Residential Living & Daily Support

Residents live in a comfortable, home-like setting that includes:

• Bedrooms, bathrooms, storage, and laundry facilities
• Nutritious meals and dietary support
• Safe and reliable transportation

Our trained staff support residents with:
